- Assists in organizing and coordinating timely
- Able to understand and develop goals,
concordance with evidenced based standards
and clinical trials.
- Works directly with physician lead to review
treatment to identify most appropriate next course
of care.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary team
including assessment, planning, implementation
and evaluation of clinical outcomes and
processes for patients.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current State of Michigan Registered Nursing License, Certified Nurse in subspecialty
- A minimum of three (3) years experience in an acute care setting. Minimum of one (1)
required. Case management experience or patient care leadership experience preferred.
Five Years Experience In Subspecialty Is Preferred.
- Ability to navigate a standard computer desktop.
- Basic understanding of email, e-learning, intranet and computer navigations.
- Ability to use other software as required to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Must be able to work flexible schedules.
