Landmark Management Solutions is a New England based owner, operator and management service provider with a concentration and specialized resource capacity in the skilled nursing sector.
Landmark is currently recruiting a Floor Care Technician with maintenance assistance responsibilities as needed. The successful candidate must be able and willing to travel to Worcester, Framingham, Boston, including Cambridge, Dorchester, and Hyannis. The primary responsibilities in this position will focus on the facility floor care needs- focusing on repair and replacement.
The Floor Care Technician MUST be qualified in managing the floor replacement and floor maintenance throughout the facilities. This is not an environmental service/housekeeping position. The right candidate will have repaired, maintained and replaced flooring. Experience is required and candidates without strong floor technician/care experience will not be considered.
