Landmark Management Solutions is a New England based owner, operator and management service provider with a concentration and specialized resource capacity in the skilled nursing sector.
Landmark is currently recruiting a Floor Care Technician with maintenance assistance responsibilities as needed. The successful candidate must be able and willing to travel to Worcester, Framingham, Boston, including Cambridge, Dorchester, and Hyannis . The primary responsibilities in this position will focus on the facility floor care needs- focusing on repair and replacement.
The Floor Care Technician MUST be qualified in managing the floor replacement and floor maintenance throughout the facilities. This is not an environmental service / housekeeping position . The right candidate will have repaired, maintained and replaced flooring. Experience is required and candidates without strong floor technician / care experience will not be considered.
