What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full time evenings - Child Specialist position at Saint Louis Crisis Nursery?
In the heart of St Charles city, there is an award winning Crisis Nursery that is available to support families - and especially children - in crisis. Our Child Specialists are highly trained by Licensed Professional Counselors, Social Workers, as well as Art and Play Therapists.
We are looking for staff who want to make a difference in the lives of families struggling with life's toughest challenges. We have a full time evening position open,
Monday - Friday evenings 3pm-11pm
Our base rate is $17, minimum, PLUS a $1 differential for all evening hours worked! Minimum requirements: HS/GED and at least 21. We offer a greater starting wage for higher education (college, or CNA, CMT, etc.) and additional years of child care experience!!
We pay $5,600 annually so that our health insurance with UHC is affordable for our Full Time staff! We also pay 100% of the premium for a $30,000 life insurance plan!
We offer 25 days of PTO for the first 12 months of employment, and it bumps up to 27 days after your first year! All paid time begins at 90 days full time employment.
