Responsibilities:
- Teaching: Deliver engaging and rigorous instruction in assigned subject areas, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and the Catholic Marianist philosophy of education.
- Formation in Faith: Integrate Catholic Marianist values into daily instruction and classroom activities, fostering spiritual growth, moral development, and a sense of social responsibility among students.
- Student Support: Provide academic guidance, mentorship, nurturing their intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student learning and holistic development, participating in departmental meetings, professional development activities, and school-wide initiatives.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Design and implement authentic assessments to measure student progress and learning outcomes, providing constructive feedback and support for student growth and improvement.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the ongoing review, refinement, and development of curriculum resources and instructional materials, incorporating best practices and innovative pedagogical approaches.
- Extracurricular Involvement: Participate actively in school-sponsored extracurricular activities, clubs, and events, serving as a coach, moderator, or advisor is encouraged.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification or licensure is preferred.
