Job Description
The Bereavement Coordinator provides and or coordinates supportive services call within the continuum and addresses the psychosocial needs of the patients and their families SLHS Hospice patients and families. Services are provided in accordance with established federal and state regulations, policies and procedures of SLHS Hospice and the wishes of the patient, family and caregiver.

Applicable Experience:
Less than 1 year
Driver's License - Various, Family Care Safety Registry - Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services
Bachelor's Degree
