Description
Collect mail from USPS from St. Mary’s Village Post Office. Sort and deliver mail and packages to campus mail stops. Collect mail from campus mail stops. Meter mail and prepare packages for pick-up. Monitor paper availability at campus copiers and deliver paper as needed. Receive training to operate mail meter, delivery tracking system, laminator, and other mail room equipment.
Up to 20 Hrs. Per Week
Must have 2 hours of availability between 1 - 5pm, Monday & Wednesday

Requirements
Good oral and written communication skills; ability to learn quickly; ability to work independently without much supervision and to work well in teams; ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously; desire to learn new tasks. Ability to drive a golf cart and carry mail totes and paper boxes. Ability to listen and follow directions; ability to maintain confidentiality of information. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb a ladder
