**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as a Student Program Coordinator (SPC) Intern. This role will assist with planning and implementing the Institute, including travel arrangements, orientation sessions, and logistical support. The SPC Intern will work closely with faculty and staff to ensure the success of the program.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with travel arrangements, transportation, and accommodations for participants
- Plan orientation sessions for participants and design welcome materials and resource binders
- Support faculty in ensuring ADA accessibility and create a course Canvas site and upload all course materials
- Serve as a camp counselor and provide hospitality, supervision, and logistical support to participants
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well in teams and individually
- Knowledge of graphic design, photo/video design, and appropriate software/services
- Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
