The Student Program Coordinator (SPC) Intern will be responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of the Institute. The Student Program Coordinator (SPC) Intern will be responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of the Institute. This role will involve assisting with travel arrangements, orientation sessions, and logistical support. The SPC Intern will work closely with faculty and staff to ensure the success of the program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with travel arrangements, transportation, and accommodations for participants
- Plan orientation sessions for participants and design welcome materials and resource binders
- Support faculty in ensuring ADA accessibility and create a course Canvas site and upload all course materials
- Serve as a camp counselor and provide hospitality, supervision, and logistical support to participants
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well in teams and individually
- Knowledge of graphic design, photo/video design, and appropriate software/services
- Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
