- Certification Details: Coordinate the certification process for medical staff.
- License/Certificate Verification: Verify licenses and certificates as required.
- Prime Education Verification: Confirm education qualifications.
- Physical/Health Statement: Obtain and verify physical health statements.
Requirements:
- BLS Certification
- Graduate of an accredited educational program for surgical technologists with a Certified Surgical Tech Certification
- Primary Source Verification of professional license, and/or certification, as required for the position
- Relias accepted, must score 80% or higher
