What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medication Reconciliation Tech (MRT) - Pharmacy position at Saint Mary's Regional?
The MRT will assist with obtaining prior to admission medication lists for all inpatient and observation patients on all nursing units except units by querying patients, family members, caregivers, pharmacies, Long-Term Care Facilities, and physician offices.
Position is required to be on site.
