Reports To: Director of Admissions
Summary
Assists the Director of Admissions with all aspects of the admissions and enrollment process including:
- Records Management (on paper and in BlackBaud)
- Process applications
- Create application checklists
- Upload student records and files to Blackbaud
- Run reports in Blackbaud to track applicant status,etc
- Use Google sheets, Google forms and Excel spreadsheets proficiently
- Update admissions checklists
- Communication with families and other constituents
- Coordinate family interviews and private tours-schedules, attends as needed
- Snapshot Tours - assists and attends as needed
- Student Assessments
- Create, organize, participate in, and score student assessments
- Feast on the Feast
- Create RSVP Google form
- Create seating chart
- Create Faculty/Staff Sign Up Genius
- Assist with set up and decorations
- Assist with check in at the Feast
- Admissions Events
- Assist in planning and executing back to school events such as Meet the Teacher, Supply Drop Off and New Family Orientation
- Attend Admissions Open Houses at Parishes
- Attend Admissions Tables or visits to Preschools
- Marketing
- Assemble Admissions/Snapshot folders throughout the year
- Attend and assist with Snapshot tours
- Update websites with school information (Privateschools.com, niche.org, greatschools.com, etc)
*Assist with other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
*Incumbent is considered a critical employee and may be required to be at the school to assist during emergency situations even when the school is closed (e.g. school closing, inclement weather conditions, bomb threats, etc.)

This position requires bending, moving, and lifting of 5-30 lbs of supplies.
