The Clinician Onboarding Partner will:
The Clinician Onboarding Partner is responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new clinicians. They work closely with the Medical Staff Office and clinical leadership to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. This includes coordinating orientation sessions, providing training and support, and ensuring compliance with all necessary credentials and certifications. The Clinician Onboarding Partner also serves as a point of contact for new clinicians, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the onboarding process. They play a crucial role in ensuring that new clinicians feel supported and prepared to deliver high-quality care. The Clinician Onboarding Partner participates in recruitment activity by creating requisition templates, posting jobs to niche sites, screening candidate resumes, organizing interviews, submitting candidate receipts for reimbursement, and oversees the internal transfer process for all clinicians.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a related role.
- Previous work experience with physicians and/or mid-level providers preferred.
- Analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in data collection and reporting.
- Extensive calendaring experience with Outlook and other programs.
- Excellent organizational and verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
