The Recruitment Coordinator will:
The Recruitment Coordinator will be a part of a dynamic talent acquisition team that provides a best-in-class pre-onboarding experience for new hires and assists the Talent Acquisition Partners. The Onboarding Team facilitates the onboarding programs designed to support the hiring process and is a point of contact for new hire support pre-onboarding activities including background checks, drug testing, employee health testing, new hire paperwork, and E-Verify processes. The Recruitment Coordinator will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to ensure high engagement and retention of new hire candidates throughout the full-cycle recruitment process as well as take on administrative related tasks to include, but not limited to creating requisition templates, updating offer letters, interview appointment reminders, scheduling candidate interviews, managing job postings. and other recruiting related work in support of filling open job requisitions.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a related administrative role
- Some college preferred
- Analytical with strong attention to detail
- Experience in data collection and reporting
- Extensive calendaring experience with Outlook and other programs
- Excellent organizational and verbal and written communications skills
- Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency
