Job Description
Has 24-hour responsibility for managing an effective tenant/resident care process that insures quality care for each tenant/resident and provides ongoing customer service to families and staff. Guides staff in compliance with government regulations. Has overall responsibility for the clinical management of the tenants/residents and the human resource management of the staff. Develops and administers all aspects of nursing services and other health care services provided by the Campus. Examples of these include: staffing, compliance with regulations, education, nursing practice issues, equipment and supplies used, medical records (insurance, MA, Managed Care, documentation), ancillary services (dental, audiology, podiatry, optometry, labs, x-ray).
Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate experience, strong leadership in managing multi-level health care in a campus setting as well as knowledge of service integration concepts, clinical analytics and community health.

The successful candidate will be:
•RN currently licensed in Minnesota and in good standing; BLS-certified
•Master's Degree, Bachelor's Degree or other professional degree with focus on clinical management, system integration or gerontology preferred
•Experienced as a health care leader for at least five years, specifically in housing, skilled nursing, home care, clinical and/or acute care setting
•Knowledge of legal and regulatory healthcare requirements
