We are looking for an experienced Clinical Director of Nursing (RN) to work in Avon, Ohio at the Saint Therese/St. Mary of the Woods campus. This campus is a senior living community that offers a variety of housing options and levels of care, including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, short term rehabilitation and respite care.

Responsibilities:
The Nurse Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, administering and directing nursing services for licensed units. This position ensures that the facility is in compliance with government regulations. Demonstrates on-going assessments of resident's general condition and plan of care utilizing the nursing process. Manages and directs the facility staff to provide quality care, continuity of care and person-focused care. This position will supervise the state tested nursing assistants and staff nurses.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of an approved nursing program for Registered Nurses, preferably BSN
- Registered Nurse currently licensed in Ohio and in good standing.
- Any additional training with a focus on clinical management, system integration or gerontology is preferred.
- Active CPR certification
Experience:
- At least three years of successful nursing experience ina long-term care environment; most which should be in a management role.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory healthcare requirements of a skilled nursing environment.

- Candidates must demonstrate experience, strong leadership in managing multi-level health care in a campus setting as well as knowledge of service integration concepts, clinical analytics, and community health.
