What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance - Student Employment position at Saint Xavier University?
The Maintenance Department is accountable for performing a full range of tasks is the maintenance of campus buildings. This includes but is not limited to painting, plumbing. carpentry, drywall, lighting, flooring, etc.Working with area staff performing manual labor. Set up and cleaning of painting projects, picking up parts and supplies. Assist in performing routine building maintenance including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, drywall, lighting and flooring work. Will use simple hand tools. Other duties as assigned.
