The Math Program at Saint Xavier University invites applicants for a full-time, open-rank Tenure-Track Faculty Position in Mathematics. The Math program supports the General Education math requirement, Middle Level and Secondary Education Math majors, a math minor, and various other majors and minors, particularly in the sciences.
Start date is in the Fall of 2025. Rank depends on credentials and years of experience; salary commensurate with experience.- Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach 12 credit hours each semester in mathematics courses in both introductory and advanced undergraduate math courses
- Produce scholarship, including peer-reviewed publications
- Participate in department, college, and university service
- Qualifications
- Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- Experience developing and teaching highly effective undergraduate Mathematics courses.
- Evidence of or potential for peer-reviewed publications
