We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in post-acute care, long-term care, and expertise in EMR/EHR systems. Client Business Understanding o Analyze and understand the end-to-end business workflows in post-acute care and long-term care settings. o Collaborate with stakeholders to identify client challenges and deliver tailored solutions. 2. Support Sales with Use Cases and Solutions o Work closely with the sales team to design use cases, workflows, and solution blueprints specific to post-acute and long-term care clients. o Present solutions that demonstrate the value of our products in addressing client pain points. 3. Requirement Documentation o Gather and document client requirements to create comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs). o Ensure all requirements align with client needs and healthcare industry standards. 4. Validate Product Solutions o Review and validate solutions developed by the product team, ensuring alignment with post-acute and long-term care workflows. o Provide constructive feedback to refine product functionality and usability. 5. Solution Design and Implementation o Design and implement scalable solutions for clients, leveraging your expertise in post-acute and long-term care. o Serve as a trusted advisor to both the development team and clients, ensuring successful deployment and adoption. 6. Regulatory Compliance and Industry Standards o Stay updated on evolving healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, HITRUST, HIE, PHI, and other compliance standards. o Ensure all solutions meet or exceed regulatory and security requirements. 7. EMR/EHR Expertise o Leverage experience working with a wide range of EMR and EHR systems used in post-acute and long-term care settings. o Provide guidance on system integrations, interoperability (HL7, FHIR, X12), and best practices. Qualifications * Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). * Experience: o Minimum of 5 years in the US Healthcare domain, focusing on post-acute care and long-term care. o Proven experience in developing and implementing solutions for EMR/EHR systems in healthcare settings. o Strong understanding of workflows and operational challenges in post-acute and long-term care environments. * Technical Knowledge: o Proficiency in interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, X12, and healthcare regulations including HIPAA, HITRUST, HIE, and PHI. o Exposure to a broad range of EMR/EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, PointClickCare, Allscripts, Athenahealth). * Skills: o Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. o Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. o Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
