The Administrative Support Analyst handles various administrative tasks, analyzes sales data, prepares reports, and supports special projects. Additional key responsibilities include AR invoicing, order processing, inventory reconciliation, and leading the safety committee. The position requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently or within a team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data across wholesale distribution network
- Prepare company sales reports and presentations
- Manage national quarterly IRI data
- Manage all FOB pricing files and system
- AR invoicing and statements
- Back up order entry and processing
- Monthly inventory reconciliation
- Chair company safety committee program
- General administrative duties
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Answer and direct calls while greeting visitors and guests warmly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members, offering continuous support, and handling additional projects or duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Two or more years of experience in an administrative support role
- Highly advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, V Lookups and Macros
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, ability to problem-solve, and to complete multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with entry-level accounting principles is helpful
- Adobe Suite (Especially Illustrator) knowledge preferred or the ability to learn
- SAP and SQL knowledge a plus
- Diver and VIP system knowledge a plus
- Familiar with OSHA regulations and able to follow/implement company safety procedures a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently and as a team
- Knowledge of sake or beverage alcohol a plus

Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
