Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
- Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established housekeeping procedures and safety protocols.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
