What This Position is All About
A Brand Manager is a manager-level position for a focus brand that spans multiple product categories. The Brand Manager drives business through motivation of the Saks sales force and is accountable for the achievement of the overall vendor sales goals across all product lines. The Brand Manager represents the 'face of the brand' and is responsible for technical knowledge of all vendor products, product training, education for other Saks Associates, and product feedback to the Merchants/Stores.

You Also Have:
- 4-year college degree (Marketing, Business, or Communications majors preferred) or equivalent experience
- 3 years management experience with comparable volume or a proven track record of success managing a business in the service sector
- Demonstrated track record of customer-focused sales growth
- Demonstrated ability to manage, develop and motivate people which driving company initiatives
As The Brand Manager, You Will:
- Build sales volume, establish and maintain customer relationships, effectively motivate a team of sales professionals, and develop sales talent
- Maintain a strong floor presence while acting as a role model for Sales Associates by exhibiting the highest Customer Service Standards and modeling/managing the appropriate selling behaviors
- Coordinate special orders, reserves and product movement between stores to deliver to customer requests
- Develop partnerships with Fifth Avenue Club consultants and other Store Associates to promote line and increase intersell
- Ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Salary and Other Compensation:
The starting salary for this position is between $75,000 – 90,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for bonus.
