District Manager (DM)

The District Manager executes strategy by driving performance across a portfolio of up to eight Stores. They own people development through continuous feedback, open communication, and outstanding leadership skills. They are considered experts in store operations and are widely respected because they hold teams accountable for standards. They are passionate about developing Store Managers into next level management and future leaders of the company by fostering development paths for rapid career growth. The DM innovatively provides mission-focused direction for the Store teams and promotes positive culture as a champion for our fast-paced growth and expansion.
Responsibilities of the District Manager:
- Identify potential, implement training plans, coach, and provide direction to the management teams.
- Mentor and motivate all positions of operations to ensure a high level of engagement for exceeding metrics.
- Responsible for maintaining a culture in the stores where their top-performing team is empowered to achieve high standards and consistently deliver a fantastic guest experience.
- Coach up all operations of the stores and ensure the teams meet their objectives - including development, quality, food safety, speed, labor, and accuracy goals.
- Identify and solve problems quickly as they lead and empower their teams to provide solutions.
- Provide proper coaching and have crucial conversations through 1:1 time and individual development sessions with management teams.
- Build relationships across departments and use available resources to support recruiting, hiring, training, and retention efforts.
- Serve as a brand ambassador through ensuring the safety of the food and teams, and protecting and promoting the Salad and Go brand.

- Have demonstrated 5 year track record leading teams in multi-unit management positions in a variety of Store types and has experience working in multiple locations.
- Are a master in drive-thru operations.
- Knowledgeable of business metrics, and market trends.
