Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations by following sanitation guidelines.
• Buss tables promptly to ensure a clean dining environment for guests.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations within the food industry.

Experience

• Previous experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Experience operating cash registers or POS systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
