Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain relationships with freight carriers, negotiating competitive rates.
- Monitor and analyze freight expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Track and report logistics KPIs, including shipping costs, on-time delivery rates, and freight claims.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and customer service) to streamline logistics processes.
- Implement strategies to improve shipping efficiencies and reduce transit times.
- Resolve freight-related issues, including claims, delays, and service disruptions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, shipping regulations, and best practices.

- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to reduce shipping costs.
- Experience handling LTL, FTL, and small parcel shipping.
- Proficiency in logistics software, freight tracking tools, and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
