Essential Job Functions
- Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques.
- Clear tables during service.
- Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the sequence of service, food and beverage core values, and Salamander Middleburg service standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Previous restaurant server experience in a fine dining environment preferred.
- Passion for exceptional service and culinary excellence.
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills.
