Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Develop a Team : Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of service professionals to maintain high standards of service.
- Guest Satisfaction : Ensure an outstanding guest experience, address guest concerns, and resolve complaints with a positive attitude.
- Dining Room Oversight : Manage dining room setup, cleanliness, and maintenance to uphold the restaurant’s high standards.
- Staff & Inventory Management : Control staffing levels, monitor supplies, and oversee equipment usage to maintain efficient operations.
- Training & Communication : Conduct daily pre-meal meetings, and ensure staff is trained and well-prepared for service.
- Foster Positive Atmosphere : Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, and maintain a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
- Collaborate with Kitchen Team : Maintain strong communication with the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow.
- Inventory & Billing : Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and ensure accurate billing practices.
