Essential Job Functions
Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques.
Clear tables during service.
Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned.
Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the sequence of service, food and beverage core values, and Salamander Middleburg service standards.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older .
Previous restaurant server experience in a fine dining environment preferred.
Passion for exceptional service and culinary excellence.
Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills.
