Summary : A Kids Club Supervisor is responsible in providing a safe, fun and stimulating program of activities, to ensure our child guests have a fantastic stay with us.
Essential Job Functions : Including the following. Other job duties to be assigned
- Create a safe environment for guests and team members
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and security of the kids club
- Help the team set up, pack up, and provide supervision to kids
- Keep a positive working relationship with other departments and our guests
- Supervise the attendants in planning the daily programs for children
- Make sure the kids are safe, handle any accident that may occur
- Report any problem to the manager
- Making sure the room is cleaned properly for the children
- Making sure each child has the proper registration form
- Planning ahead of time birthdays, holidays, daily itinerary for the kids club.
- Be available and prepared to work a flexible schedule including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts, as well as holidays.
Employment Standards :
Language Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate and work well with fellow employees and maintain a presentable appearance, behavior and manner at all times. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Reasoning Ability : Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Physical Requirements : Employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. Required to sit / stand, walk / run, push / pull, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel and crouch / crawl.
Work Environment : The employee will be indoors and occasionally outdoors during the day.
