Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kids Club Attendant to join our team. As a Kids Club Attendant, you will be responsible for supervising children in our care, facilitating activities that promote their development, and ensuring their safety at all times.
Duties
- Supervise and engage with children in a fun and safe environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that foster creativity and learning.
- Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance on positive behavior management techniques.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's experiences and any concerns that may arise.
- Provide first aid when necessary and maintain a safe environment for all children.
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive atmosphere for children of all abilities.
Experience
Candidates should possess experience or skills in the following areas:
- Nannying or daycare experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles.
- Familiarity with caregiving practices for children, including those with disabilities.
- Experience in classroom settings or structured childcare environments.
- Skills in behavior management to effectively support children's social interactions.
- A background in working with children in various capacities, demonstrating patience, empathy, and effective communication skills.
Must Have
- CPR Certification or Infant
