100% Remote – Appointment Setter (Must be able to start immediately)


Salaria Sales Solutions is a B2B sales development and lead generation company based in Arlington, Virginia. We specialize in top-of-the-funnel sales activities such as high-volume cold calling, targeted prospecting, digital marketing, and appointment setting. Our mission is to disrupt the B2B sales development and lead generation industry by helping clients generate leads and book more sales meetings across a diverse range of industries, including private equity, SaaS, environmental services, energy, and e-commerce.

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct a minimum of 250 outbound cold calls per day for a variety of clients across multiple industries.
  • Understand client products and services to effectively communicate with prospects.
  • Initiate the sales process by conducting lead outreach and booking sales meetings.
  • Persuade prospects to engage in a sales conversation or take the next step in the sales funnel.
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Input and manage prospect data accurately in the system.


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 1 year of sales experience.
  • Experience in cold calling or outbound sales is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Must currently reside in the U.S. and be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • No degree required, but a degree is a plus.
  • Access to a stable internet connection and a reliable home computer (desktop or laptop).
  • Must have access to a quiet location.
