Project Resource Center – Project Support Intern (Print Room Assistant) – Granville, OH
A Fortune 500 client has embarked on a revolutionary step change in their Digital Engineering systems to create a system which integrates across the engineering design, project delivery, manufacturing operation and digital twin technologies. One of the key functions in this role is to assist in the management of our Digital Assets of the integrated Digital Engineering System.
Reports to: Project Resource Center Lead
Span of Control:
In this role the Project Support Intern (Print Room Assistant) will assist the Project Resource Center Lead in assigned tasks and activities related to managing and maintaining digital assets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with Digital Assets Management and Maintenance
- Check-in, check-out files
- Change file life cycle states
- Update file properties/ meta data
- Move and organize files
- Project archiving
Assist with CAD Templates and Standards
- Develop and maintain CAD Standards
- Develop and maintain templates for the CAD software systems
Document Assembly
- Organize and combine multiple documents into standard document packages

JOB REQUIREMENTS
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience and ability within industry related software including the following:
- AutoDesk Inventor, Autodesk Vault, or AutoCAD
- MS Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational, time and task management skills.
- Completed or currently pursuing a 2-year associate degree or 4-year bachelor’s degree in a related technical field of engineering or design
OTHER PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Advanced ability within industry related software including, but not limited to the following:
- Solidworks
- Revit
- Navisworks
- Parametric modeling
- BIM Modeling
- Working Cintoo experience – Creation and management of point cloud/ 3D scans
- General Design and construction management knowledge, or experience
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud/ Build
- Experience collaborating with 3rd party providers, agencies, development teams
- Excellent customer service and technology team representation
