The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent for various positions within the manufacturing plant. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
