**Parts Manager**
Join our team as a Parts Manager where you will play a crucial role in overseeing the procurement, inventory control, and distribution of parts. You will be responsible for managing the parts department efficiently to support our operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Duties:**
- Work with our represented brands to strategically order parts and supplies, ensure that customers' seasonal parts needs are met
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee inventory control procedures
- Manage warehouse operations including organizing, stocking, and distributing parts
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with parts inquiries and orders. Hire and train individuals to provide best in class parts support and achieve deparment goals
- Collaborate with the Service and Sales Department to provide full-service support for our customers
- Utilize forklifts and other equipment for efficient warehouse management
**Experience:**
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Experience in parts management or a related field
- Proficiency in inventory control
- Strong customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Familiarity with agricultural and industrial equipment systems or related components is a plus
