Your Role and Team :
Come join our dynamic and collaborative Inpatient Rehab Therapy team working to empower patients. We value collaboration and teamwork to help our patients meet their goals. At Salem Health you get to work at the top of your license, providing intensive therapy (3 hours per day, 5 days out of the week) with patients who have experienced stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, amputation, and other general rehabilitation needs within our inpatient rehabilitation unit. As an Occupational Therapist where you'll utilize evidence-based practices to evaluate and treat patients, developing personalized treatment plans that prioritize patient safety and involvement in goal-setting. Your role will involve meticulous documentation and billing, proactive care coordination with interdisciplinary teams, and efficient caseload management. Additionally, you'll ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintain clinical competence, and actively contribute to performance improvement initiatives. Candidates should hold a BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, be licensed or license-eligible in Oregon, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
