Your Role With Us :
Come join our dynamic and collaborative Inpatient Rehab Therapy team working to empower patients. We value collaboration and teamwork to help our patients meet their goals. At Salem Health you get to work at the top of your license, providing intensive therapy (3 hours per day, 5 days out of the week) with patients who have experienced stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, amputation, and other general rehabilitation needs within our inpatient rehabilitation unit. As a Physical Therapist where you'll play a vital role in evaluating and treating patients using evidence-based standards and measures, collaborating with patients and their families to establish measurable goals and utilizing safe, evidence-based treatment strategies to progress patients towards those goals. Your responsibilities will include thorough documentation and billing, proactive care coordination with interdisciplinary teams, and effective caseload management. Additionally, you'll ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintain clinical competence, and actively contribute to performance improvement initiatives. Candidates should hold a valid license to practice in Oregon, have clinical experience, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
