Your Role With Us:
Salem Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Medical Director to lead our Provider team. This leadership role combines administrative oversight with direct clinical care, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of Primary Care services in the Willamette Valley. With a robust practice and a collaborative team, you will help us deliver exceptional care to our community.
As the Primary Care Medical Director, you will champion a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and staff development. This role involves strategic planning, operational management, and fostering a multidisciplinary approach to Primary Care in an outpatient setting.
Background/Expertise:
*Degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy from an accredited institution.*Current, unrestricted Oregon medical license and DEA number.*Board-certified or board-eligible.*Prior medical practice or leadership experience preferred.Total Rewards Offerings:
