Position: Full Time RN or LSW Case Manager
Department: Case Management
Shift: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
PURPOSE
The primary purpose of your job position as the RN Case Manager is to perform assigned duties in an efficient manner in accordance with the established procedures and as directed by your supervisor and to assure that a successful, viable department is maintained at all times, contributing to creation of a positive atmosphere when dealing with the patients, physicians, payers, and all hospital personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Registered Nurse.
- Three to five years of Case Management experience preferred.
- Primarily responsibility will be to cover Emergency Department with weekend, holiday and on-call rotation.
- Working knowledge of general computer skills.
