Job Opportunity : HR Generalist
Location : Tampa and surrounding areas. (Serving 14 Locations)
Position Overview : Salem's Fresh Eats is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager - Recruiting Manager to oversee the recruitment and human resources functions for our 13 locations. This in-office role is essential for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent across all our sites, ensuring our teams are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Full-Cycle Recruiting : Support the HR Officer with the recruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- HR Management : Support HR Officer with daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR policy development.
- Employee Development : Help HR Officer create and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Retention Strategies : Support HRO with initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Compliance : Ensure all HR activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Payroll Processing : Manage the end to end Payroll processing for 14 locations.
