How YOU will Add Value:

The Healthcare Administrator oversees practices and procedures within the healthcare facility. Leads the facility’s functions including resident satisfaction, resident care, team member relations, financial management, regulatory compliance, and overall facility operations. Oversees staff engagement and ensures a positive culture is carried out throughout the facility in alignment with Salemtowne’s values.

Requirements for an Assistant Director of Nursing with Salemtowne:

• B.S./B.A.  Degree in Healthcare Administration/ Business Management preferred. 
• North Carolina Nursing Home Administrator’s license.
• Five (5) years in healthcare, preferably in long-term care and rehab environments. 
• Five (5) years prior management experience.
