Pay Range:
$17.50 - $28.00 hourly
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Location: Chicago, IL
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the executives
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents for easy access
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
- Assist in the preparation and execution of events and meetings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
