Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, directing inquiries as needed.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases for easy access.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Handle inventory management, including ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Coordinate with other departments to support various operational tasks.
- Assist with event planning and logistics, including scheduling and preparing materials.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
