Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries effectively.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies.
- Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the management team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or call center software.
Bonus Points:
