Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Draft press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials to promote events and programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication efforts.
- Organize and coordinate communication efforts for events and campaigns, ensuring timely promotion and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a communications role, with strong writing and editing skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools to gauge engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
