Entry Level Communications Associate

SalesBizLab We are is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Communications Associate to support internal and external communication efforts. Pay Range:

$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Dallas,TX

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and distributing internal and external communications
• Draft emails, memos, newsletters, and other written materials
• Support the planning and coordination of company events and meetings
• Monitor and track communication metrics and prepare reports
• Collaborate with team members on communication strategies and initiatives
• Maintain and update contact lists and communication databases
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding and messaging standards
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
