Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to completion.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary services and materials.
- Help create event agendas, timelines, and logistical plans to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the marketing and promotional efforts for events through social media and traditional channels.
- Manage registration processes and ensure a positive experience for attendees before, during, and after events.
- Prepare materials and equipment for events, including signage, seating arrangements, and audio-visual needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
