Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, mail, and deliveries
- Maintain an organized and presentable front desk area
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Handle general inquiries and direct visitors or clients to the appropriate contacts
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Previous experience in front office, receptionist, or administrative roles is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
