Customer Service Technician - 2nd shift

Customer Service Technician Responsibilities

• Incoming customer help desk calls.
• Documentation on installation of POS system.
• Maintain customer store records.
• Attend periodic training sessions on software, hardware, and problem solving.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
• Other duties as requested by supervisor

Customer Service Technician Educational Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Technical Training preferred, but not necessary

Customer Service Technician Job Requirements

• Must pass a pre-employment and random drug screens
• No felony convictions for 5 yrs.
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent trouble-shooting skills
• Proficient phone etiquette skills.
• Basic Understanding of Windows
• Ability to follow directions
• Regular in-person attendance required.
• Customer’s satisfaction always in mind.

Customer Service Technician Preferred Experience

• Previous Help Desk Support experience
• Computer assembly and cabling knowledge
• Experience working in a quick service environment
• Bilingual

Customer Service Technician Hours

• This job posting is for 2nd shift!!
• 1st Shift -- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• 2nd Shift -- 4:00 pm to Midnight
• 3rd Shift -- Midnight to 8:00 am

**Shift Differential - Additional $0.25/hour for 2nd shift**
