Customer Service Technician Responsibilities
- Incoming customer help desk calls.
- Documentation on installation of POS system.
- Maintain customer store records.
- Attend periodic training sessions on software, hardware, and problem solving.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
- Other duties as requested by supervisor
Customer Service Technician Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Technical Training preferred, but not necessary
Customer Service Technician Job Requirements
- Must pass a pre-employment and random drug screens
- No felony convictions for 5 yrs.
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent trouble-shooting skills
- Proficient phone etiquette skills.
- Basic Understanding of Windows
- Ability to follow directions
- Regular in-person attendance required.
- Customer’s satisfaction always in mind.
Customer Service Technician Preferred Experience
- Previous Help Desk Support experience
- Computer assembly and cabling knowledge
- Experience working in a quick service environment
- Bilingual
Customer Service Technician Hours
- This job posting is for 2nd shift!!
- 1st Shift -- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- 2nd Shift -- 4:00 pm to Midnight
- 3rd Shift -- Midnight to 8:00 am
**Shift Differential - Additional $0.25/hour for 2nd shift**
