Our client is expanding its Inside Sales Team at its new Alpharetta, GA location, and we are looking for motivated, high-energy sales professionals to be part of this exciting journey. This is not a customer service role—our client's team is focused on closing deals, upselling, and driving revenue by offering pest control solutions to residential and small business customers. What You’ll Do
- Engage with Inbound Leads: No cold calling—90% of sales are to customers who inquire about services.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell: Call existing customers to introduce additional service lines (e.g., termite customers to pest control).
- Build Strong Relationships: Guide prospects through the sales process, address concerns, and close deals effectively.
- Meet & Exceed Sales Targets: Maintain a competitive edge by maximizing revenue and commission potential.
- Collaborate with the Outside Sales Team: Set up inspections for large-scale services like termite treatments or commercial accounts.
- Maintain CRM Records: Accurately log interactions and sales data in our CRM program.
Who You Are
- Experienced Inside Sales Professional: Background in inside sales.
- Driven & Competitive: A numbers-focused, person who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Goal-Oriented Closer: You take ownership of the sales process and are motivated by performance-based earnings.
- Industry Experience Preferred: Background in home services sales (alarms, pest control, HVAC, home improvement, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $18 - $20 per hour 4.5% commission (paid monthly on the annual value of the contract sold).
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55K - $75K (Top performers can reach $85K ).
- Full Benefits Package: Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with 6% match.

Work Schedule
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM for approximately three weeks.
- Regular Schedule:
4 weekdays 1 Saturday shift
