Key Responsibilities
- Be the driving force behind daily onsite operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Lead scheduling efforts to meet ambitious timelines without compromising standards.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to maintain seamless communication and workflow.
- Tackle challenges head-on, implementing innovative solutions that keep projects on track.

- Travel: Heavy travel optional
Experience Requirements:
- Managed or assisted on 2 healthcare facility projects ranging from $2.5M–$5M.
- Must have seen two projects through to completion.

- Comfortable discussing successes and effectively handling challenges.
