Role Overview

Step into the role of Superintendent and take charge of dynamic and meaningful healthcare construction projects. You’ll be at the heart of the action, leading operations onsite, upholding rigorous safety standards, and ensuring that every project milestone is met with precision and excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Be the driving force behind daily onsite operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead scheduling efforts to meet ambitious timelines without compromising standards.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to maintain seamless communication and workflow.
• Tackle challenges head-on, implementing innovative solutions that keep projects on track.
• Foster a culture of excellence and integrity, setting the tone for all team members.
• Travel: Heavy travel optional

Experience Requirements:

• Managed or assisted on 2 healthcare facility projects ranging from $2.5M–$5M.
• Must have seen two projects through to completion.

Soft Skills:

• Strong work ethic with high integrity.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable discussing successes and effectively handling challenges.
